Every Hotel can create their own Personal Concierge Avatar (face, name, voice), that will relay information to the guests throughout the hotel!  The name of the Hotel’s avatar will be placed here (where you see Lucia.)

The image of the Hotel’s avatar will be positioned here, and throughout the Personal Concierge Directory.

The Hotel can post EMERGENCY MESSAGES (severe weather, missing child, fire, evacuations, Emergency Action Plan, power outage, etc.) and ALL UPDATES, 24/7. These posts NOTIFY guests on their phone, AND all messages sent within the guest’s stay are STORED on the Directory for easy review at any time. Guests can REPORT an Emergency, 24/7. The Hotel can then assist the guest, and/or post the emergency to all guests.

The Hotel can send rich media MESSAGES (text, images, videos, audio, etc.) for current specials, up-sells, events, announcements, activities, presentations, etc., directly to their guests, 24/7. Guests can CALL/CHAT with the FRONT DESK, HOUSEKEEPING or the BELLMAN, directly from the Personal Concierge on their phone!

Guests can VIEW the entire ROOM SERVICE MENU, and ORDER from ANYWHERE!

GUESTS CAN SCHEDULE THEIR ENTIRE DAY, FROM ANYWHERE, AT ANYTIME, DIRECTLY FROM THE PERSONAL CONCIERGE!

They can check-out the PHOTO OPS which are rich media MESSAGES (text, images, videos, audio messages initially sent by the Hotel to their guest’s phones and STORED here AND in MESSAGE CENTER for easy review, providing them with unique and fun photo opportunities throughout the hotel. Guests are then encouraged to “share their photos and social media.” A Guest’s endorsement of a hotel is some of the best marketing a Hotel can get.

RESTAURANTS

Accessed from ANYWHERE, at ANY TIME, Guests can VIEW ALL MENUS then make a RESTAURANT reservation, LISTEN to the Hotel’s avatar explain the location, attire, cuisine, etc., CALL/CHAT with the restaurant to ask questions, and VIEW the ENTERTAINMENT CALENDAR for EACH venue. (SEE MENU) For DELIVERY FOOD (room service and pool menu, etc.) orders can be placed directly from the menu (SEE MENU WITH ORDERING CAPABILITIES) ALL MENUS and CALENDARS are editable 24/7 from the platform, and done in minutes!

For those IN a RESTAURANT, the MENU PLATFORM provides a gorgeous, custom designed QR Code sign. Hotels can print the sign (as many and as often as needed) from the platform, then place into an acrylic frame. A quick scan of the QR Code sign, and the guests can access the most current menu, complete with 2 for 1 or Chef Specials, SOLD OUT or health notifications, etc., all editable 24/7 and done in minutes.

For those who walk into the GOLF CLUB, SPA, GYM, SALON, etc., the SERVICES PLATFORM provides a gorgeous, custom designed QR Code sign.
